Appointment Policy

To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment.

Consultations Policy

At Kor Medspa, we are dedicated to providing outstanding service while honoring the time of our clients and staff. As part of this dedication, we have a $100 consultation fee for both aesthetic and wellness consultations. Given the specialized nature of Hormone Consultations, which often entail a more in-depth assessment and specialized expertise, the fee for this service is set at $300.

The consultation fee is required in advance when booking your appointment and will be credited toward the total cost of the service or procedure you select.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum notice of 48 hours. Failure to provide this notice will result in the consultation fee being non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments.

While most clients decide to move forward with treatment, if you choose not to proceed, the consultation fee is applied to compensate for the time and expertise of the medical professionals involved in assessing your needs and recommending treatment options, and is therefore non-refundable.

This policy is intended to facilitate efficient appointment management and ensure that we can continue to offer valuable consultations to all of our clients.

Thank you for choosing KOR Medspa as your partner in aesthetics and wellness.

If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card or CareCredit – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc., we cannot accept credit or debit cards or CareCredit from the client and require payment in cash.
